Byrne Law, PLLC (“Byrne Law”) is a boutique law firm located in Lansing, Michigan specializing in criminal defense, family law, immigration law, election law, CPS defense, and political consulting. Byrne Law’s founder, Logan Byrne, is an immigration law advocate, experienced attorney, and thoughtful political consultant. Byrne Law was founded in our state's Capital to address the need for passionate, informed, and zealous immigration advocacy; prudent, skilled, and strategic political consulting; and capable criminal defense and family law representation.
Logan has worked on immigration law issues in both Michigan and California. He also has significant experience working within the Michigan criminal justice system giving him a unique perspective as to how the immigration and criminal law systems interrelate.

Meet the founder.
The founder, Logan Byrne, is an experienced attorney, long-time immigration advocate, political consultant, and Michigan native. Licensed in both Michigan and California, he has experience in a wide array of practice areas.
During Law school, Logan served as the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and worked for several immigration organizations, including the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco, California. After graduating law school, he worked as an associate attorney for an employment law firm in Saginaw, Michigan where he focused on employment, construction, and labor law issues for locally and nationally recognized businesses and a variety of employment immigration matters for both businesses and individuals.
After working as an associate attorney, Logan worked for both the Hon. Elizabeth Kelly in Genesee County and the Hon. Rosemarie Aquilina in Ingham County. In Ingham County, he advised the court on criminal law matters and helped design, plan, and implement a new treatment court. In Genesee County, he most notably advised the court on the issues surrounding the Flint Water Crises felony criminal cases. He also advised the court on family law cases in Genesee County.
Logan is dedicated to bettering the community and currently serves as board member and President-Elect for the Ingham County Bar Association - Young Lawyers Section and a board member for the East Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals.
